Hair Studio Policies

When you reserve an appointment at Rooted Confidence, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment, with the understanding that pricing is on an “and up” basis. If your late arrival prevents our stylist from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no-show fee, which is payment in full for the time reserved as the stylists would be unable to fill that spot.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to the service schedule.

Should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service/time block.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact the salon via text at 817-471-7868 with a 24-hour notice. Your stylists will connect with you within 24 hours to follow up.

Should cancellations or changes to services happen more than three times, we regret that you will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with our salon.

Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service. 

Rooted Confidence has a 10-minute tardiness policy. If you’re running late for your appointment please text your stylist ahead of time to let them know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely in which case a cancellation fee will apply.

All hair color and cut clients’ appointments hourly rate will still begin at the time of the booked appointment.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Rooted Confidence Hair Studio does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All extension deposits made upon booking all initial installation appointments are 100% nonrefundable.
We strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact your stylist within five days of your original appointment. Adjustments requested after five days are subject to being charged full price.
To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file. It is our obligation to protect this information. We use Vagaro, the most intuitive, tested, and approved POS platform for salon and studio professionals.
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of all clients, no children, additional guests, or animals are permitted in the salon.
